WIWA!!

 

WIAW  was started (probably ages ago) by Peas & Crayons.  We all eat. We’re all curious about what to eat, what other people eat. BAM! you have WIAW.  This is a new sort of post to Living INside Out, but considering I think Nancy and I and ALL of the other INN bloggers are total foodies and without (good) food we can’t live INspired, empowered lives. I thought I’d give it a roll.  It’s ok being fashionably late to this blog party..

Breakfast:

Breakfast: scrambled eggs, tomatoes, sauteed spinach and avocado.

Juicy Snack:

Green Juice: kale, cucumber, lemon, apple & ginger

Lunch:

Amazing salad from Mumfords!

Dinner

Roasted curry veggies

Wine for dessert…but I couldnt manage my cell phone and glass well enough to take the picture 🙂

  1. Oh Lacy, the curry veggies are so easy… Just put your favorite veggies in a little tin foil pouch with like a teaspoon of coconut oil and whatever spice you like (i used about a 1/2 teaspoon of curry) and then bake away. SO yummy!!
